Cottingham High School was the venue for two consecutive nights of Sportshall Athletics for Year 7 and Year 8 Students. 

The Year 7 competition took place on 23 February with five Partnership Secondary Schools entering teams.  The enthusiasm and performance of all students was superb and was a closely fought contest, particularly in the Boys' competition.

Year 8

The Year 8 Students competed the following evening and were represented in the girls' competition by South Hunsley, Cottingham and Wolfreton Schools.  South Hunsley took 1st place for the girls. 

In the boys' competition South Hunsley competed along with Cottingham, Hessle and Wolfreton Schools.  The result was again, very close but the Cottingham boys team were declared the winners of the eveing.

All students across both evenings competed with enthusiasm and showed great sportsmanship.  The event was supported by superb Year 10 Leaders from Cottingham High School who helped to deliver two seamless events. 

The winners from each Year now go through to the Level 3 Humber Final.  Congratulations!
